Knit and Crochet

I have been busy making felted hats and  I've tried both knit and crochet.  I've  had some good luck on the hats, but the shoes have been a challenge.  I got some bad wool yarn at Michael's and it took an act of God to felt it.  I ended up having to boil it on the stove to felt it.  And it really didn't work like I hoped it would.  The thing is to really watch what you buy; not all wool yarn is the same.  I'll post instructions later, if you are interested.
